All items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in unworn, saleable
condition within 14 days, accompanied by sales receipt and with all tags still
attached as long as they are not marked FINAL SALE online. Refunds will be processed
within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds can only be processed
to the same credit card used for your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Undergarments CANNOT be returned for credit or exchange, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Procedure
STEP 1- Pack the merchandise to be returned.
STEP 2- Write reason for return next to the item on your invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are included.
STEP 3- Peel off the original shipping label and send taped up package back to Unbuttoned Maternity 32 N. Dean St. Suite A, Englewood NJ, 07631
STEP 4- When we receive your return package we will e-mail you a reply with the status of your credit or exchange.

GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CARDS are refundable for MERCHANDISE ONLY and must be used within 18 months of the purchase date.
