We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Within 14 days of purchase, we will accept returns on
non-damaged items that are unworn, with original tags still
attached, for store credit or exchange as long as they are
not marked FINAL SALE online. All returns must be postmarked
within 14 days. Returns sent after this time will not be
honored - no exceptions.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will email a
code to be used toward your next online purchase.
Undergarments and FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned for
credit or exchange, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
For exchanges, Unbuttoned Maternity will cover the cost of
re-shipment. For returned goods, Unbuttoned Maternity will
email a Merchandise Credit to be used within 12 months of
issuance. If you have any questions regarding our Return

Return Procedure
STEP 1 - Pack the merchandise to be returned.
STEP 2 - Write reason for return next to the item on your
invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the box.
Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and
e-mail address are included.
STEP 3 - Peel off the original shipping label and send
resealed package to Unbuttoned Maternity/Returns, 63 Wheeler Ave, Westwood, NJ 07675. Unbuttoned Maternity is not
responsible for non-insured items; we recommend sending back
all returns using a trackable and insurable method.
STEP 4 - When we receive your return package we will e-mail
you with the status of your credit or exchange.

GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CARDS are refundable for MERCHANDISE
ONLY and must be used within 18 months of the purchase date. |
